My stay at the hotel was like being in a cozy, clean, and nicely furnished 2-story townhouse, which was fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The service was a mix of warm, friendly, and extremely friendly encounters, but with a somewhat rude experience at the pool that felt weird and racial due to being the only Black guests there. The location was very convenient to explore various places like Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Downtown Phoenix, with a small downside of limited choices nearby. The dining experience, unfortunately, was sub-par, offering basic and average dishes. The hotel facilities were suitable and met expectations, adding to the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, well decorated, and had a lovely patio to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was great, in a pleasant neighborhood close to the Phoenician Resort. The dining experience was basic but sufficient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable hotel.
